Thirty-seven is a summer day:

Hour after hour of unspent light.

Indeed, this is a time one needs the time,

Rushing like a stream through the sublime,

To make the manger ready for the night.

Yet there is ample time to touch and play.

So it goes as vigor has its way:

Everything arranged, arrayed, all right;

Vested in the ancient paradigm

Even as the barque across the bight

Nimbly sails towards the waiting bay.
